KSD-98HLJ Stone Splitter Installation Guide
1.1 Preparation
Choose a Suitable Installation Location:
Ensure the installation site is flat, sturdy, and capable of handling the machine’s weight and vibrations.
The machine should be placed away from humid and dusty environments to extend its lifespan.
Check Equipment Parts:
Before starting installation, ensure all necessary accessories, tools, and manuals are ready.
1.2 Installation Steps
Step 1: Install the base frame of the KSD-98HLJ stone splitting machine in the designated location. Ensure it is level and stable. You can use a spirit level to adjust it.
Step 2: Install the electric control system and connect it to the power supply. Ensure the power supply matches the machine’s rated voltage, and the cables and plugs are securely connected.
Step 3: Connect the hydraulic system and check the oil level. The hydraulic oil should meet the manufacturer's recommended standards.
Step 4: Install the workbench and roller system of the machine. Check that the rollers operate smoothly and ensure there are no obstructions.
Step 5: Secure the machine and perform a final check to ensure all parts are tightly fastened without any loose connections.
1.3 Inspection and Testing
Step 6: After installation, conduct a preliminary inspection to ensure all electrical connections and hydraulic connections are correct.
Step 7: Before starting the machine, ensure it complies with safety operation regulations. Perform an idle test to ensure the machine starts properly.
Equipment Debugging and Maintenance
Hydraulic adjustment: Tune the hydraulic system's pressure to match different stone types. Use the control panel to verify oil flow and confirm no leaks.
Worktable adjustment: Ensure rollers on the worktable turn smoothly without jamming or odd noises. Adjust roller spacing to fit various stone sizes.
Cutting precision tuning: Verify the splitting surface stays flat. Fine-tune blade angle and cutting force if needed.
Regular hydraulic oil checks: Inspect oil level and quality monthly for smooth system operation. Replace if the oil darkens.
Clean worktable: Wipe down the worktable and rollers before/after each use to prevent stone debris buildup that could affect performance.
Electrical system inspection: Check wiring regularly for loose, exposed, or damaged parts. Run system diagnostics periodically to ensure normal operation.
Issue 1: The equipment won't start
Fix: Verify power connection, fuses, and voltage stability to ensure a consistent power supply.
Issue 2: Hydraulic system fails
Fix: Check oil level and pump function. Repair any leaks immediately.
Issue 3: Poor splitting results
Fix: Confirm pressure settings are correct, and blades are sharp. Replace or adjust blades as needed.
